"I was traveling when I realized I didn’t have my current insurance card with me and I was unable to log in online. I called the Neosho, MO location where my agent is, and spoke with Amanda. "This team has always been very kind and professional. That means a lot to us because we were with our other company for over 40 years and they did not treated the best. They kept raising our rates even though we did not have any claims of tickets. State Farm has far surpassed that other insurance company in taking care of our needs and they have always had a significant decrease in the cost of coverage as well. To the other company, we were just money coming in the door, but the team at State Farm truly care about us. That is why we choose to stay with them."
